Fantastic Service

Fantastic service during purchase of the vehicle but not once issues were detected with the vehicle, they had the car for 7 weeks out of 9 weeks when I first brought it and the repairs were still not complete, purchased vehicle in Oct and still waiting for the MOT certificate, vehicle passed MOT with a faulty handbrake, , faulty wiper blades, and a bald tyre ,no jack, damage caused to driver door following repairs done to central locking , plus many other issues . Brilliant Experience

I just picked up my new from Reo a few days ago and I had a brilliant experience. Everything was so fast and I drove my car away as soon as the finance was confirmed, which was done in minutes and I was out of there in the hour and had a lovely welcome by the office dog!

Above and Beyond

I bought a car a couple of months ago, the buying experience was great they were happy to answer all my questions and for me to arrange an AA inspection before I decided to purchase. Unfortunately the car developed a fault not long afterwards, but they went above and beyond to get it sorted for me (despite the fact that, due to so many previous bad experiences with other garages we came in with a bit of an attitude...sorry about that!), right up until the day I was meant to pick the car up and I called in the morning to ask if there was any chance it could be dropped off as I was a bit stuck, and the car was at my door by 2pm. Couldn't have asked for a better service

I picked up the car a week ago and my wife drove it back to North Wales with no issues. We have subsequently made a couple of other decent trips in the past week with no problems. We had a very good experience as buyers dealing with Gareth who made sure everything with the car, a mini cooper s all4, was fine. An issue identified during the test drive was swiftly resolved at no cost to us.

The dealership carries a large stock of vehicles to choose from all of which are immaculately valeted and I am perfectly happy to recommend them. Thank you for a good experience.

Got a lovely Mercedes SLK from REO in early June. Initially thougt the deal I had was too good to be true..........Couple of weeks in a few issues with the car (kind of expected, it’s 15 years old). I have to say the support I’ve had from the team at REO is second to none. They have gone the extra mile and more and I wouldn’t hesitate to buy another car or recommend them. A proper decent dealership!!

Applied for finance last Friday I was then picking the car up Sunday morning it was so easy Nathan was brilliant I took the car away it needed three tyres without any problems they told me the to garage a d they would pay straight away good company

Bought a 65 insignia ..had a few problems first 2 months ...but fair play to Nathan and Gareth....they put everything right and didn't.moan about it one bit car is fine now and I would highly recommend reo its customer service is superb
